LATE POLICIES

Grace Period: A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive within this grace period, we will do our best to accommodate you without affecting the scheduled service of other clients.

Late Arrival Consequences:

• Service Adjustment: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened to fit within the remaining appointment time. The full-service fee will still apply, and we cannot guarantee that all scheduled services will be completed.

• Rescheduling: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In this case, a rescheduling fee of $25 will apply, and we will do our best to find a new time that works for you.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

At 3D Skin Studio LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all of our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, please adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Notice Required: To cancel your appointment without incurring a fee, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

• Notice Required: To reschedule your appointment without incurring a fee, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of $25 if applicable. This fee will be applied to the cost of your rescheduled service.

3. No-Show Policy:

• No-Show Fee: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied to your next appointment if rescheduled.

4. Emergency Situations:

We understand that emergencies can occur. If you are unable to provide the required notice due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation or rescheduling fee at our discretion.

PAYMENTS METHODS

Clients may pay the final balance using the following payment methods: Cashapp, Apple Pay, Venmo, Debit Card, or All Major Credit Cards.

**Please note that if a Debit or Credit Card is used for the final charge, the service total may be subject to a 3% fee.

REFUNDS

**Please note that ALL deposits and partial/full payments are non-refundable, and non-transferable, except in the case of cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances.
